Shipping and Returns
Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of payment receipt. They are shipped via Swiss Post with a tracking number and are delivered without a signature. However, it is also possible to choose delivery with a signature upon receipt via Swiss Post. If you prefer this shipping method, please contact us before finalizing your order, as this will incur additional charges.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, you will receive a link to track your package online to follow its journey and delivery in real time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of your package. We recommend grouping all your items in one order, as we cannot combine two separately placed orders. Shipping fees will be applied to each separate order.
Shipping Risks
Your package is shipped at your own risk, although we pay special attention to fragile items to ensure their proper protection during shipping. The dimensions of the boxes are tailored to your items, and we ensure they are properly protected to avoid any damage during shipping.
